Hey John,
I was reading through your forum awhile back and came across your fomblin post. I also have found it frustrating to see scientists paying x20 too much for the same chemical due to the lack of pricing knowledge.

seriously? really awesome. i have a running joke about large instruments mysteriously always costing 50-100K. regardless of the what type of instrument. just seems like that’s the price they can get, so that’s what they charge….
