We have been searching for a solution to a number of anisotropic data sets that were collected a couple of months ago. I came across the Diffraction Anisotropy Server. The website for the Diffraction Anisotropy Server explains itself really well.

In short, the server can yield better maps and R-factors compared to ‘normal’ processing that do not account for anisotropic data.

“R-factors were stalled at Rwork=38.5%, Rfree=43.4%.”

“Rwork and Rfree dropped approximately 13% each, to their final values 24.7% and 31.2%”

What do you need?

Just the structure factors in MTZ format.
